At UEI Group, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been the cornerstone of success right from the year of inception. The Group's objectives in this key performance area are enshined in its Mission statement: "..to help enrich the quality of life of the community especially the underprivileged children and preserve ecological balance and heritage through a string environment conscience". With this aim and mission in mind UEI Foundation was established as a medium through which the UEI Group intends to fulfill its commitment and obligations pledged as a Mission.

We are aware of the need to work beyond financial considerations and put in that little extra to ensure that we are perceived not just as a group of companies that exit for profit, but as wholesome entities created for the good of the society and for improving the quality of life of the
communities we serve especially the underprivileged children and the disregarded senior citizens of our society who in their old age are left to fend for themselves either by circumstances or by the forced vagaries of our society.
